India in the dining room was absolutely brilliant! She made breakfast feel like a warm hug, especially for my dad. Such a gem of a person, really made our mornings special.
The elevators felt more like a gym workout! Just when I thought I'd arrive at breakfast, I'd end up stuck in another lift indefinitely.

The location was fabulous, just a short walk from the river and various attractions. I loved the spacious room with comfortable beds and beautiful views. The made-to-order breakfast was a delightful start to my day. The staff were really attentive and made our stay enjoyable, but the elevator access could definitely be improved for seniors.

Nice views but some hiccups
Had a couple of issues during our stay. Check-in was slow, and we had to wait for our room at 9:30 PM. The heat was cranked up at 78 degrees in July! But the bar area was chill, and the view from our King Suite was awesome. Just wish the AC worked better.

This will save you time and money
With an ideal location near the river and stunning views from my room, this hotel truly offers the convenience needed for a quick stay. The breakfast spread, especially the made-to-order eggs, was delightful. Friendly staff, including the attentive reception, made the trip enjoyable. Just be prepared for a bit of layout awkwardness if traveling with family.

Solo traveler looking for a good time
I enjoyed the location of the hotel, close to downtown and the waterside, enjoyed spending time looking out over the water before heading out for the day. Staff was great, funny, and inviting.
It wasn’t cheap, felt like I was paying for a view but still acceptable.

great location but lackluster breakfast
The high-quality room exceeded expectations, especially the upgrade to a river view. The location near the riverfront boardwalk provided stunning scenery during evening walks with easy access to vibrant local venues. I particularly enjoyed the sea view from the room which added a pleasant touch to our stay.
The complimentary breakfast was quite average, missing some variety that would enhance the experience.

Mixed Experience Overall
During our three-night stay, we faced cleanliness issues in our room, but the staff provided assistance despite limited resources. Breakfast options were disappointing, but the location by the river offered beautiful views. Make sure to ask about room preparations prior to arrival for a smoother experience.
